SANTA EMA WINE DINNER

The Grove West 508 Broad Street, Shrewsbury, NJ 07702

In 1917 Pietro Pavone emigrated from Italy to the Maipo Valley of Chile. By 1956 the Pavones had founded Santa Ema Winery one hour west of the capital city, Santiago. Today, Santa Ema continues to be run by the fourth generation of the Pavone family.

They have managed to grow the winery to a significant size but have maintained a close eye on quality and sustainability, making real wines that speak to their terroir and culture.

Join us for a four course, wine-paired dinner on July 24 at 6:30PM. Christophe Pans of Santa Ema will guide us through these unique and exciting wines.
