"La Tomatina" is a decades-old tomato battle, held annually in the small town of Buñol, in Valencia. 300,000 pounds of ripe tomatoes arrive at the town center as thousands of people gather to participate, leaving everyone covered in tomato pulp. For those who want to enjoy the spirit of the festival without the mess, Albariño will offer a variety of tomato based creations to honor this Valencian tradition at our Camino del Vino...Mediterranean Wine Tasting. We will enjoy wines from Valencia... and beyond.
